Consumer Review Video - 2008 Citroen C1 Advance 1.0L 3 Cyl.

Common problems and easy repairs on a 2008 C1

The 2008 Citroen C1 Advance is an easy vehicle to maintain. All of the headlights are accessible by reaching behind the bulb housing, which will allow for reliable bulb changes. Replacing the wiper blades won’t be a problem as they disengage from their arms without the use of tools. The cabin air filter is relatively simple to reach as no tools nor panel removals will be required to reach the filter.

However, the 2008 Citroen C1 Advance does have its downsides. The entire bulb housing must be removed for access to all of the tail lights, which will be time-consuming and won’t allow for reliable bulb changes. Replacing the engine air filter may be a problem as the cover will need to be maneuvered out from underneath the cowl. Performing a coolant flush will prove difficult as the lower radiator hose is only accessible from reaching down through the engine bay.
