Common problems and easy repairs on a 2008 107

The 2008 Peugeot 107 Trendy is a moderately easy vehicle to maintain and a good choice for any vehicle owner. Changing the engine air filter with reliability is no problem, as you only have to disengage a few fasteners for access to the filter. These fasteners are easy to disengage. The headlight is easy to access and change as you only have to reach behind the housing for access to it. Both the front and rear wiper blades are easy to change, as they remove without the use of any tools.

Some things are problematic on the 2008 Peugeot 107 Trendy. You will need a few tools to remove the center brake light bulb. The tools necessary may not be readily available. The brake fluid reservoir is tightly wedged in the back of the engine bay. It can be hard to read the level markers. To reach the tail light bulbs you will have to remove the entire tail light housing.
