Consumer Review Video - 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ 2.5L 4 Cyl.

Common problems and easy repairs on a 2013 Malibu

The 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ is a moderately easy car to maintain but has a fair share of complicated procedures. For instance, the headlights on the driver side will require the removal of the fuse box cover and washer fluid reservoir in order to access them. The non-LED tail lights will require multiple large panels and pieces of trunk lining to be pried back before they can be removed. The engine air filter has a convoluted set-up, with an intake hose and multiple screws that need to be disconnected before the housing and filter can be removed.

However, there are many high points on the 2013 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ. The fog lights are accessible by simply reaching behind the front bumper. The oil dipstick is quick to find, remove, and read its level markers. The brake fluid reservoir has very open access, which makes refilling it easy when necessary.
