Common problems and easy repairs on a 2013 Charger

The 2013 Dodge Charger SE is a moderately difficult car to repair, and will require some know how in order to maintain. In order to access the headlight on one side, you will have to remove the air filter cover first. This requires a few tools, and is much more difficult access than you’ll find on other models. To drain the oil, you will have to remove a large panel from under the vehicle for access to the drain plug. This can be tough, as you will have to crawl underneath the vehicle in order to complete. You will need a tool in order to remove the front wiper blades. Other models do not require the use of tools to change the wiper blade.

Some things are easier to repair on the 2013 Dodge Charger SE. The components of the spare tire are easily accessible in the rear of the vehicle. This keeps the tire and jack kit ready to go in case of emergency. Checking the oil level is easy to do, as the oil dipstick is easily accessible in the engine bay. In order to replace the cabin air filter, you will have to remove a few panels in the cowel for access. While not the easiest access, these panels are easy to remove, making a regular filter change much more simple.
