Common problems and easy repairs on a 2015 Charger

The 2015 Dodge Charger SE is a relatively easy car to maintain, despite the difficult to access aspects beneath the vehicle. The cabin air filter is not a problem to change. You only have to remove a few covers in the cowl for reliable access to the filter, and these covers are easy to remove. The components of the spare tire are easily accessible in the rear of the car. This keeps the tire and jack kit ready to go in case of emergency. Checking the oil level is easy to do, as the oil dipstick is easily accessible in the engine bay.

As stated previously, some things are more problematic on the 2015 Dodge Charger SE. To access the petcock for a coolant drain, you will have to remove a large panel from under the car. This will require you to use tools as you contend with gravity to complete this repair. You will have to completely remove the air filter housing for reliable access to the headlight on one side of this car. This is a more complicated step than you’ll find on other models. The brake fluid reservoir is not located in an overly visible spot in the engine bay. This will make it tough to check and replenish the fluid level on a regular basis.
