The 2015 Ford Expedition Platinum is a difficult car to maintain on account of its lengthy, convoluted procedures. The transmission fluid dipstick is behind a large panel underneath the vehicle, which is held on by multiple bolts and cumbersome to navigate around. The oil filter is also underneath the vehicle behind a different panel that will be a bit of a reach to access. Its spare tire is also underneath the vehicle, running the risk of it rusting to the undercarriage, which can be a problem in the event of a flat.
However, the 2015 Ford Expedition Platinum does have some high points. Its brake fluid reservoir is easy to find, read its level markers, and replenish when necessary. The Bluetooth set-up process is very straightforward and relatively hassle-free. The wiper blades don’t require any tools to remove them, which allows for reliable ease of replacement when necessary.
