Common problems and easy repairs on a 2015 F-150

The 2015 Ford F150 XLT is a moderately difficult trunk to maintain, but is a good choice for the experienced truck owner. Changing the fog light is no problem, as you only have to reach under the vehicle for reliable acces. The Bluetooth is easy to connect, as there are easy to follow steps in the electronic menu for connecting your phone. Other models make this much more complicated. The engine coolant fluid level is easy to check and replenish on this truck. This will allow you to keep the fluid at the correct level regularly.

As stated, there are some problems with the 2015 Ford F-150 XLT. Checking the transmission fluid level will be difficult, as the dipstick is located behind a panel under the truck. This will require some tools, and for you to contend with gravity as you complete. In order to change the headlight, you will have to reach through the wheel well lining. This is a problem, as the lining can grow tight to the vehicle over time and not reliably pull back. You will need to remove many components, and use many tools, in order to access the cabin air filter. This would have been much easier if there were panels in the rear of the glove box for access.
