Consumer Review Video - 2016 Cadillac CT6 Premium Luxury 3.0L V6 Turbo

Common problems and easy repairs on a 2016 CT6

The 2016 Cadillac CT6 Premium Luxury is a very difficult vehicle to maintain and is only recommended for those who are experienced in vehicle maintenance. Nearly all of the headlights and tail lights are LED and will require their entire housings to be removed should they ever burn out. Many tools will be needed to remove multiple panels from underneath the vehicle for access to the petcock, which won’t allow for reliable coolant flushes. Changing the battery may be a problem on account of the obstructed position of it in the trunk.

However, the 2016 Cadillac CT6 Premium Luxury does have its upsides. The engine coolant reservoir has open access, allowing you to reliably monitor the fluid the level. Changing the fuses shouldn’t be a problem as the fuse boxes come provided with a fuse puller. The oil drain plug and oil filter are easy to reach underneath the vehicle.
