Consumer Review Video - 2016 Nissan 370Z 3.7L V6 Coupe

Common problems and easy repairs on a 2016 370Z

The 2016 Nissan 370z is a difficult car to maintain. The wheel well lining needs to be pried back to access the headlights, which is cumbersome and won’t allow for reliable bulb changes. Changing the tail lights will also be problematic, as multiple panels, portions of trunk lining, and the bulb housing itself need to be removed to access the bulbs. The battery bracket and fuse boxes are difficult to change, too, requiring multiple panels in the cowl to be removed for access.

However, the 2016 Nissan 370z has its upsides. The engine coolant reservoir has open access in the front of the engine bay, allowing you to reliably monitor its fluid level. The same goes for the brake and clutch fluid reservoirs, which are found behind an easy-to-remove cover. The engine air filter elements can be removed without any tools, allowing them to be changed without a problem.
