Consumer Review Video - 2017 Kia Forte LX 2.0L 4 Cyl.

Common problems and easy repairs on a 2017 Forte

The 2017 Kia Forte LX is an easy vehicle to maintain. Connecting your phone via Bluetooth won’t be a problem given the clear instructions on the easy-to-control menu. The fuse boxes have covers that are easy to remove, and one comes provided with a fuse puller to allow for reliable fuse changes. Replacing the engine air filter won’t be troublesome, either, given that the housing unlatches without using any tools.

However, the 2017 Kia Forte LX has its fair share of downsides. Some of the headlights will require a relay box to be removed for access to their assemblies, which won’t make for reliable bulb changes. Performing oil changes or coolant flushes may be problematic on account of the different panels that will need to be removed first. Fixing a flat may be troublesome, as well, if the tire is too damaged to be sealed by the compressor kit.
